1. About us

Aertkt (“we”, “us”) is operated by Aertkt Travel Pvt. Ltd.. We act as a booking agent between you and airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers. The contract of carriage is between you and the supplier; their conditions of carriage apply in addition to these terms.

2. Using the website

You must be 18 or older to make a booking, and the details you enter must be accurate. Names must match government-issued ID exactly. We are not responsible for denied boarding caused by incorrect names, invalid documents or missing visas.

3. Prices and payment

Fares are set by suppliers and may change until the booking is ticketed. If the fare changes during booking, we will show you the new price before you pay. Prices include applicable taxes and any service or convenience fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store card details.

4. Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive an airline PNR / e-ticket from us. If payment is received but ticketing fails, we will either issue the ticket or refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the airline fare rules shown before booking, plus our service fee. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage loss or other acts of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the service fee we charged for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
