How do I get my ticket after booking?
Your e-ticket is sent by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the airline confirms the PNR. You can also download it any time from My Trips.
What if payment is deducted but no ticket is issued?
Our system re-checks the airline automatically. If a ticket still cannot be issued, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my flight?
Yes. Open My Trips and select the booking, or contact support. Airline charges as per the fare rules apply, plus our service fee shown before you confirm.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay.
