Refund amount

Refund = amount paid − airline cancellation charges − Aertkt service fee − non-refundable convenience fee. Non-refundable fares return only statutory taxes where the airline allows it.

Timelines

We process refunds within 7 working days of receiving them from the airline. Banks typically take 5–7 further working days to credit your account. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster.

Failed bookings

If your payment is deducted but no ticket is issued, the full amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method.

Flight cancelled by airline

You can choose a full refund or a free change, as offered by the airline. Our service fee is waived in this case.
