Sharing

We share passenger data only with the suppliers fulfilling your booking, our payment, messaging and hosting providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and security

We keep booking records as long as required by law and protect them with encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements, by writing to support@aertkt.com. This policy is intended to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
